Yearbook profile category ideas

Choosing your profile headings can be tricky, remember that you want them to be relevant and entertaining both now, and when you look back at your school yearbook in the future. Try to include headings that are distinctly different (i.e. not ‘Ambition’ and ‘In 10 years time’ as they are likely to generate similar answers), and perhaps look at including something that looks back on your school years, something that looks to the future and something that talks about your thoughts or comments on leaving school. Remember that they don’t need to be serious. You can make your yearbook profile questions relevant to your school, college or academy by tweaking the titles, for instance rather than 'Best memory', you could have 'Best RGS memory', or 'RGS in three words'.

Remember that students will answer the profile questions in different ways, some will give serious and thoughtful answers, whilst others will leave funny or sarcastic answers. This is great, as it allows individuals to reflect their personality on their personal profile entry.

This is a list of some of the popular headings that we’ve seen in recent yearbooks, obviously with Wave Ed you are free to choose your own, and please feel free to leave a comment with your suggestions below...
