Top tips for creating yearbook content during a pandemic
We have had many schools asking us the question “What can we fill our Yearbook with? We haven’t done anything this year!”. Well, we have come up with some ideas to help you fill your Yearbook with fantastic content that will be worthy to look back on!
Create a Pandemic themed front cover
Many schools have started asking for front covers which highlight the pandemic, so we have come up with a couple of designs that can be used across our Yearbook packages! These can be personalised to your school, or you can be a bit more creative and make a whole new design!
Video call group shots
Video calls have become the norm around the world, and video calls between students, teachers and friends are no exception. Collating a selection of screenshots from some of your video calls can be a great way to remember home school life. Whether we like it or not, home school has been an important part of the last two school years, so let’s remember the best times!
Lockdown quotes from students and staff
“You’re on mute!”. We have all had at least 100 video calls where someone has forgotten they’re ‘on mute’, and we all love to let them know!
What lockdown quotes have your heard from students and teachers throughout the last 12 months?
Thank you to key workers montage
Do you remember a life before Key Workers? No neither do we. Key Workers have played a key part in keeping the country going throughout the pandemic, and teachers and education professionals are no exception!
Why not create a montage to say thank you to those key workers who have dedicated their time to keeping the country safe and educated!
Favourite pandemic Memes
Where would we be without memes? Simple pictures that make fun of our situation can brighten up our day, and the pandemic has raised the bar for high quality memes!
Why not add a selection of your favourite memes to your yearbook? Below are a selection of our favourites!
Pandemic diaries and Blogs
Many people have started keeping diaries or blogs during the pandemic, if they weren’t writing one before. Why not ask students and teachers to populate content with some of their diary or blog entries?
Home School Heroes!
So far, many students have been home schooling for at least 5 months across two academic years. Creating a collage of home school photo’s can be a great way to show how each student did home school differently. It is a great opportunity to include pictures of family that have helped educate students at home.
You can also include pictures of your pets! They must have enjoyed spending more time with everyone at home!
